Sun Wharf - Scheduled Mixed-tenure Development in Lewisham

Sun Wharf, located at Creekside in Deptford, was purchased for £15.15 million in February 2015, and the scheme will comprise 216 units. The scheme is a joint venture for Family Mosaic with developer Bellway Homes Ltd. who will jointly deliver 180 homes for private sale. In addition, Family Mosaic will provide 29 homes available through social rented accommodation and 17 through Shared Ownership.

The 17 Shared Ownership homes will be sold by Family Mosaic and will be used to help more first time buyers to get a foot onto the property ladder.

The architects for Sun Wharf are Stock Wool Architects. The development is yet to have a confirmed completion date, but more information will be listed on our website under our Coming Soon listings as it becomes available, so please check back at a later date.

Angela Wood, Development Director comments "After the successful completion of our joint venture with Bellway at our New Festival Quarter scheme, we are pleased to have jointly secured this new opportunity. This is another significant scheme for Lewisham , one of our key boroughs, and is a fantastic opportunity to continue the regeneration of this vibrant, highly accessible part of the borough".

The Sun Wharf development is situated in close proximity to Greenwich, with a variety of transport links available and easily commutable to central London.

Deptford and Greenwich stations are served by the South Eastern trainline, plus Greenwich is also served by the Docklands Light Railway. Greenwich pier offers transport by river bus, which is operated by Transport for London (TFL). These MBNA Thames Clipper boats enable travel to numerous piers along the Thames route.
