Loampit Vale - Scheduled Mixed-tenure Development in Lewisham
Family Mosaic has purchased a site in Lewisham, with plans to develop 49 new homes. The site, named Loampit Vale, will be a mixed-tenure development and will provide 19 homes for private sale, 18 for social rent, and 12 will be made available through Shared Ownership.
The site was purchased in May 2016 and is located at 87-89 Loampit Vale, Lewisham, SE13 7TG. The Developer working with Family Mosaic is Purelake, with construction of Loampit Vale due to be completed towards the end of 2017. Once complete, Loampit Vale will be a highly desirable and modern designed development available for Londoners to live in.

Lewisham Town Centre is in close proximity of the site, and boasts a wide selection of shops, cafés and bars, as well as Lewisham Leisure Centre. Prendergast Vale School is located just to the east of the development which opens educational avenues for future residents and also Hilly Fields Park is to the south of the development. Locals can also make a short trip to the tranquil and picturesque Greenwich Park to enjoy at their leisure.
Loampit Vale boasts excellent transport facilities. Residents will benefit from Lewisham Station, sitting just 200 metres from the site and serves the Southeastern overground line direct into central London. There is also DLR services connecting the development to financial district Canary Wharf and bus routes are available on Loampit Vale that run along Lewisham Way and into the centre of London.
