Family Mosaic Wins Two First Time Buyer Magazine Best Development Awards
Family Mosaic is celebrating winning not one, but two Best Development awards at the First Time Buyer Magazine Readers’ Awards last Friday.
The awards took place at the Landmark Hotel on Marylebone Road and were hosted by Escape To The Country host Nicki Chapman, who talked positively about the rise in the property market and how schemes like Shared Ownership and Help To Buy are helping first time buyers get on the property ladder.
The Best Development awards look for developments that have used the best design and quality to create desirable, affordable and inspiring environments in which people wish to set up their first home.
Best Small Development
The Best Small Development award for schemes of fewer than 30 homes was awarded for Clipper Place, our brand new development of one, two and three bedroom apartments, maisonettes and townhouses nestled in one of London’s hidden dockside gems - the historic area of Rotherhithe.
Best Medium Development
The Best Medium Development award for schemes of between 30 and 80 homes was awarded for our cool and contemporary Lime Wharf development of 52 new canal-side apartments situated in one of the capital’s most vibrant conservation areas in Hackney.
Family Mosaic was also shortlisted with two other housing associations for Affordable Housing Provider of the Year.
We’d like to thank you for all your support and for voting for us to help us win these prestigious accolades!
