Family Mosaic Shortlisted for Best in-House Marketing Team

We are delighted to announce that our marketing team has been shortlisted for the ‘Best In-house Marketing Team’ award at the national Property Marketing Awards 2015!

The award celebrates and recognises the expertise of in-house marketing teams within property or real estate companies, and is a highly sought after.

The Family Mosaic team have been shortlisted for this year’s award along with just two other teams. Designed to encourage excellence, the awards are judged by marketing professionals at the top of their respective fields and from well-known organisations.

Why we were shortlisted

The shortlist for the award was granted based on the identity refresh for Family Mosaic’s Shared Ownership offering, including a total redesign of the sales website. This included the introduction of brand new features like the sales status tool, interactive sales map and individual customer login portals. To promote these new tools and Family Mosaic’s Shared Ownership offering, in September 2014 the marketing team launched its ‘No Place Like Home’ campaign.

Taking inspiration from children’s story ‘The Wizard of Oz’, the campaign takes a unique industry stance by focusing entirely on the customer. Instead of focusing on what buyers should purchase, Family Mosaic focused on how. As an organisation passionate about helping more people onto the property ladder, the team focused activity on educating buyers on the options available to them through Shared Ownership.

The winner will be announced at the awards presentation ceremony taking place on Thursday 25 June, so please wish our team the best of luck!

The Property Marketing Awards

The Property Marketing Awards raise funds for the Livery Company’s Charitable Trust with proceeds used to support the Chartered Surveyors’ Training Trust ( This charity, set up by the Livery Company, supports disadvantaged 16-24 year olds who may have financial, social or academic barriers to their training as members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
