Family Mosaic at the London Home Show Spring 2017
On Saturday 18 March, Family Mosaic hosted a stand at the Share to Buy London Home Show, which took place at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in Westminster. Supported by the Mayor of London, the show was incredibly popular, with over 4,400 potential first time buyers at the event to enquire about their property purchase options, including Shared Ownership.
Helping first time buyers through Shared Ownership
We were delighted to speak to a large number of people at the show to help increase awareness and knowledge of Shared Ownership and the process of the Shared Ownership eligibility criteria. We also spoke to attendees about staircasing to full ownership and the difference between new builds and resales.
Staff were able to register potential buyers onto our database using iPads by scanning the attendees QR code, so they can receive more information about future developments they are interested in. First time buyers can also use the Family Mosaic sales website to see which schemes are currently available and to find out if they are eligible for Shared Ownership and register their interest for schemes if they missed out on the event.
Proud to support Share to Buy
We were proud to support Share to Buy in helping to promote affordable home ownership in London and Essex. We hope to see those who may have missed out at the next London Home Show event in autumn which takes place in September. Make sure you check back on our website closer to the time!
