Drayton Place - Shared Ownership Development in Ealing Now Complete

The apartments at our Drayton Place development in Ealing have now been completed. The development, a selection of spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, was available through Shared Ownership which aims to help first time buyers onto the property ladder.

Situated amongst a whole host of leafy parks, local pubs and cosy café’s, all eight apartments benefitted from a balcony or terrace, a rare luxury in London, and overlook Drayton Green Park.

The development is split into three cores, which form an adjoining backward ‘C’ shape from the first floor up. The Shared Ownership apartments are located in the centre core, core B, which is shared with Private Sale apartments.

The development benefits from lift and stair access, with one apartment adaptable for wheelchair users. All of the properties at Drayton Place have a predicted energy efficiency rating between 85 and 88 (B) on the predicted Energy Assessment (PEAs), as we continue to strive for high energy efficiency standards.
