Family Mosaic are launching an innovative new scheme known as Rent to HomeBuy at selected developments across London & Essex. Rent to HomeBuy allows you to rent a Family Mosaic property for up to 2 years then if you buy, the majority of your rent goes towards the purchase! * Rent a fabulous brand new apartment for up to 2 years for a least 20% lower than the market value.
* At any time during your rental agreement up to three months before it ends you can choose to buy and we’ll put 75% of the rent you’ve paid towards the purchase.
* If you decide not to buy, you’ve still benefited from 2 years below market value rent.
