LEGAL FEES PAID*
Family Mosaic will guarantee to pay your legal fees (excluding stamp duty) if you use a firm of solicitors from our solicitors panel as your conveyancing solicitor and that you exchange and complete within the deadlines. Please note you will pay an initial £250 to the solicitors which will be reimbursed to you at completion. The remainder of your legal bill will be paid direct to your solicitors by us.
