repayments for a unit of this type are £744.27 including mortgage,
rent on the remaining 75 per cent and service charges - this
compares with an average rent in the area for a one-bedroom
apartment of £1,092, representing a considerable saving and the
chance to live in a landmark building.
The shared ownership units occupy the
second to 10th floors of the Strata building, and most offer some
spectacular view of the capital. Room sizes are generous, with many
featuring some interesting curved walls and glazed areas due to the
building's external shape. Specification is of a high level, with
only a few differences between the shared and whole ownership
units.
