options available to you to buy the home you are living in.

outright sale
Buy a property on the open market that needs investment,
redevelopment or refurbishment. There are no eligibility
restricions on who can buy.
Open market
sale
New build properties that are being sold on the open
market. There are no eligibilty restrictions on who can
buy.
