Affordable Housing

Family Mosaic Affordable Housing

Affordable housing provider Family Mosaic offer shared ownership properties for sale to people who could not otherwise afford to buy their own home. Family Mosaic is a not-for-profit housing association.

We were set up in 1990 and now manage more than 800 affordable homes, most of them in shared ownership, and the rest rented. We also manage the Right-to-Buy and Right-to-Acquire schemes for Family Mosaic tenants.

Through our shared ownership scheme (also sometimes known as part rent part buy or homebuy) key workers and other first-time buyers in housing need can buy a share in their property and pay a subsidised rent on the remainder. For more information see shared ownership how it works.

We are part of Family Mosaic, one of the biggest home providers in London and Essex, which provides good quality, affordable housing and services to over 45,000 people and has more than 20,000 homes for rent, as well as housing for people with extra support needs and temporary housing.

Family Mosaic Home Ownership was previously known as Landmark Housing Association.
